How the 3 C Approach Is Applied:
1ST STEP: CONCEPT
State the Correct Science Concept
A cloud is formed when warm water vapour loses heat and condenses to tiny water droplets.
2ND STEP: CONNECT
Connect to The Question Context
In a cold country, when a person breathes out, the cold surrounding air causes the warm water vapour that he breathes out to lose heat and condense into tiny water droplets.
3RD STEP: CONCLUDE
Conclude with A Direct Answer
These tiny water droplets form the cloud as shown in the picture.
